Our store can provide delivery services in Hong Kong and mainland China. In order to facilitate customers to collect goods flexibly, our store provides a variety of delivery methods. When submitting an order, customers can choose one of the following delivery methods, and the delivery fee (if any) will be displayed in the order.
Free shipping is offered for orders above HK$500 for most Hong Kong areas. Remote distant areas may require additional shipping fee (negotiable).

Shipping Terms and Conditions
- For the orders below HK$500 the certain delivery fee will be charged.
- We can suggest the fastest and convenient delivery method according to customer particular order details and requirements.
- The order ships in 3-5 working days. If customer requires shipping after 1 week or later, pls kindly specially inform us.
- Each order delivery is limited to 1 address only. If more than 1 delivery address is requested, the company can reject such request.
- After order is placed and confirmed, no order content can be changed, including the delivery address. If there is a problem with the order details, please contact our customer service.
- If the delivery destination has no elevator facility, it needs to be specially marked while place order, otherwise the delivery staff can meet problem. HK$10 can be charged for each stairs floor. Or reception at ground floor can help avoid such additional charges.
- If the delivery destination is some remote location, then additional delivery fee of HK$80 can be required.
- If nobody be there to receive the order delivery, and the second delivery be scheduled, then another HK$100 delivery fee be required to cover such second delivery.
- If there is a designated receiving time, we can only try our best to arrange and cooperate. If the delivery time is delayed due to the actual road conditions of the logistics courier driver and the arrangement of delivery routes in various districts on the day of delivery, please forcefully excuse!
- After the order reach the address and been accepted by customer representative, the order is considered as delivered, no matter if the waybill signed or not.
- If the customer instructs to leave the goods at the entrance of reception desk, the company won't be responsible for any shortage or damage of the goods.
- For rural areas only at the village entrance goods receiving is offered.
- No delivery is arranged on Sundays and public holidays. No delivery to outlying islands or too remote regions.
- Any pet trolleys are only for the at-entrance goods self-collection or everyday delivery service! Please be informed!
- When the 8 or above signs black rainstorm warning announced, all deliveries will be delayed till it's over, or otherwise specially arranged.
- In case of other force-majeure circumstances as weather conditions or traffic obstruction, the delivery can be re-arranged according to each special case, and the affected customers will receive our telephone notification and another arrangement.
- If there is some damage or shortage of the goods be detected, the customer should retain the related documents and the complete packaging, and notify our store within 7 days.
- Under normal circumstances, customer can refund or replace unused and packaged goods within 7 days from receiving, but customer has to bear all related freights by himself. Some special products can't be refunded, please check with the staff or the special mark in product details.
- The company does not accept any reasons for returns based on the preferences and tastes of pet-owner or animals.
- The company retains the right to refuse all unreasonable replace or return requirements.
- The company reserves the final decision right for all the clauses above.
