- Customers can refund the goods according to our 14-day return policy. The refunded goods must be unused, originally packed and be able to re-sell, for customer could obtain a full refund.
Unless if the goods have been damaged or were wrong items been delivered, the freight for return goods (within said 14 days) will be borne by the customer.
If the customer finds the goods have been damaged or wrong items been delivered, please notify us within 14 days. We will arrange a refund or replace the goods for free.
If the due returned goods be incomplete, damaged, the safety seal is damaged, then are unable to be re-sold, we will not accept it.
Due to storage requirements and hygiene problems, all frozen cats and dog foods are not returnable or replaceable after been sold.
When returning goods, we strongly recommend that customers choose the most reliable freight method. If the goods will be lost or damaged while return, we are not responsible for that.
Some manufacturers will provide one-year maintenance for their products. If the product purchased by the customer provides such maintenance services, please contact the manufacturer to repair or replace these goods if required.
We will not handle any unauthorized return.
From the receipt of the return, the refund process generally takes 14 working days.
